Midfielder Miguel Almirón was named in the MLS Team of the Week today, the third straight week the red, black and gold has been represented in the weekly honor.
The Paraguayan maestro was at his electric best, tallying up an assist, five shots and two key passes – and spearheading the counter-attack that led to the match's opening goal as well. This is the first time this season Almirón has been named a starter in the MLS Best XI, having been named to the bench of the lineup twice already so far this year.
