He's done it again. Josef Martinez has been named in the MLS Team of the Week for his two-goal performance against the Montreal Impact.
It's the second straight week that the Venezuelan has gotten the honor, with Martinez's red-hot scoring form just too good to deny. He followed up his record-breaking hat trick against D.C. United with two more goals to clinch the win over Montreal, to bring his total for the month to nine goals in five matches. The Five Stripes needed every one of those goals, with Atlanta United coming out 2-1 winners to maintain their lead at the top of the Eastern Conference.
