Atlanta’s iconic new multi-purpose stadium, set to open in 2017, will feature a soccer-specific configuration to accommodate the MLS franchise, Arthur Blank said during today’s downtown announcement gala.
The stadium, which can be “right-sized” by closing off the upper levels, will seat just over 29,000 fans in an intimate and electric setting.
