It’s time for one of the biggest matches of the year for Atlanta United’s Special Olympics Unified Team! The Unified Team hosts Orlando City SC at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday, July 17. Kickoff is scheduled for approximately 6:00 p.m. with pregame coverage starting around 5:45 p.m., after the final whistle of the first team match.
This is the fifth season for the Atlanta United Unified team. Head coach Marty Jelleme’s squad recently traveled to Charlotte on June 30 to play a friendly against Charlotte FC’s Unified Team. Then, they hosted Charlotte at the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Training Ground this week as the team makes final preparations before the Sunday’s match.

Supporters attending the first team match on Sunday, July 17 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium can watch the Unified match in-person. The Unified match will be kicking off shortly after the final whistle between Atlanta United and Orlando City SC. Supporters are invited to stay and make Mercedes-Benz Stadium rowdy and proud for the Unified team. Just head to sections C126-130 at the stadium and enter at the 100 level to watch the match.
