Acquired: Atlanta United claimed Bryan Róchez off waivers from Orlando City SC on March 17, 2017.

Róchez joined Atlanta United from Orlando City March 17, 2017 after being claimed off waivers. He most recently played on loan with Real España of Honduras’ Liga Nacional. He was one of the youngest Designated Played in MLS history when he signed with Orlando in 2015 at 20 years old. He began his career with Real España where he netted 30 goals over three seasons, including a 20-goal performance the 2013-14 season. In 16 MLS appearances, he has scored three goals.

2016/2017 (Real España): Róchez returned to his former Honduran club Real España on loan and scored six goals over 15 appearances, four starts. He bagged a brace against Vida on Nov. 3.

2016 (Orlando City B): Róchez played in 10 matches for Orlando’s USL affiliate and made five starts. He scored two goals, one against City Islanders (April 26) and the other against Cincinnati (May 5).

2015 (Orlando City): Róchez joined the MLS expansion team ahead of their inaugural season in 2015. He appeared in 16 matches and scored three goals while logging 265 minutes. All three of his goals came on consecutive matches against Sporting Kansas City (Sept. 13), Chicago Fire (Sept. 19) and New York Red Bulls (Sept. 25).

2014/2015 (Real España): In 15 appearances, 11 starts, Róchez scored eight goals and had three braces against Parrillas One (Oct. 5), Victoria (Oct. 2) and Marathón (Sept. 1).

2013/2014 (Real España): Róchez started 25 matches and made 40 appearances. He scored 20 goals, including a four-goal performance against Marathón on March 22.

2012/2013 (Real España): Róchez appeared in seven matches, starting five and scored a pair of goals, one against Marathón (March 25) and the other against Victoria (April 14). He made his senior debut on Oct. 14, 2012, a start against Deportes Savio.

INTERNATIONAL: Róchez’s earned his first call up to the Honduras National Team in a friendly against Japan on Nov. 14, 2014. He was then called up for the 2014 Copa Centroamericana. He has seven caps with the national team. Róchez also represented his native country at the U-17, U-20 and U-21 levels.
