  2. Pick your Match: Once we confirm your eligibility, you will receive an email to choose from select home matches this season.

How do I register for the First Match on Us program? 

To get started, you will need to fill out the form above with your information to determine eligibility. More information will be emailed to you following your submission. 

Who is eligible for this program? 

First Match on Us is available to fans who have never attended an Atlanta United Match before.

What if I use the wrong email address when registering? 

Please reach out to fans@atlutd.com if you have any questions regarding your submission. 

How do I choose my match and reserve tickets? 

Once eligibility has been confirmed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to select your match pending availability.  

Can I bring a guest who has attended an Atlanta United match at Mercedes-Benz Stadium before? 

Yes – Eligible participants can claim 2 free tickets. If you want to bring additional guests, you can purchase additional tickets at the same time you claim your two complimentary tickets. 

How do I request accessible seats? 

After claiming your First Match on Us seats, email fans@atlutd.com to notify us of your request, and we will work to relocate your seats prior to matchday, pending availability. 

How do I access my tickets? 

Once confirmed, tickets are best accessed via the Atlanta United app, being sure to log in with the email address used upon sign up. For more information on how to access and manage your tickets, CLICK HERE. 

Can I purchase additional tickets with my First Match on Us tickets? 

Yes.  When you receive the link to reserve tickets, simply select the number you would like in total, and add the code provided via email at checkout. Your first two tickets will be free via the First Match on Us offer, and any additional tickets can be purchased upon checkout. 

What seats are available for the First Match on Us program? 

Tickets reserved through the First Match on Us program will be located in either level of the Goal sections, pending availability. 

I’d like to sit next to someone else I know is attending the match. Can my seats be relocated to sit next to them after my tickets have been assigned? 

Once tickets have been assigned, they are unable to be relocated. If you require ADA accommodations, please email fans@atlutd.com for assistance.  

Can I forward my tickets? 

Tickets received via the First Match on Us program are non-transferrable, nor resalable. This program is designed for first-time fans to enjoy an Atlanta United match at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
