Major League Soccer's primary transfer window closed Wednesday, and Atlanta United made one move at the deadline, acquiring up to $250,000 in General Allocation Money (GAM) from St. Louis CITY SC in exchange for Xande Silva. The winger has made two starts in seven appearances this year for the 5-Stripes.
