An early goal for North Carolina FC set the tone in a 4-0 loss for ATL UTD 2 at WakeMed Soccer Park Friday, May 25. Tampa Bay Rowdies claimed its first victory under new Head Coach Neill Collins as they took a 4-2 victory against Toronto FC II on Saturday, May 26 at BMO Field. Junior Flemmings and Michael Nanchoff scored 80 seconds apart in the 24th and 25th minutes to put Tampa Bay ahead 2-0, but Toronto rallied in the second half with scores from Dante Campbell and Malik Johnson. However, the Rowdies sealed the road win with two more goals as Hunter Gorskie scored a header in the 73rd minute to give Tampa a one-goal lead and Flemmings picked up his second of the night in the 88th minute. The win snapped a five-match road losing streak for the Rowdies.
